Our Farm
Castle View Farm has been in the family for four generarions. Through the years there have been many changes but it still operates as a working farm where we rear our own cattle. Recently we have begun selling our beef direct to the customer and at present we are setting up a Farm Shop where we will have our meat available for collection. This summer we will also be part of two local Farmers Markets, in Ennistymon and Kinvara. We have our own refrigerated van for deliveries and will also operate on-line order system from our web site. All our beef is reared using traditional methods and the cattle spend most of their lives in view of the majestic and peaceful setting of Doolin Harbour under the backdrop of The Cliffs of Moher.
